NH Fuses

The fuse is a protective device that cuts the current by melting the wire inside and protects the circuit to which it is connected against excessive current dangers. The high heat generated during the short circuit causes the copper conductor in the porcelain body to break off from the weakened points, and thus the circuit is interrupted before the short circuit current grows. In NH fuses produced with single and double indicators, blades are silver plated and the body is made of steatite material. Alternatively, it is produced with a glazed body. NH fuses produced according to TS EN 60269 Standard have 6 – 1250 ampere rated current range. Fuses with a breaking capacity of up to 120 kA are produced in 6 sizes (NH00, NH0, NH1, NH2, NH3, NH4) in gL / gG working classes.

NH Fuse Bases

NH fuse bases are produced with steatite or BMC body. The contacts are produced as silver plated over copper in fuse cores that are manufactured in 6 different sizes. Steel spring reinforcement and different connection options (clamped, bolted) are available.

Solid Links
Solid link is used by NH fuses for the direct connection of non-fuse-free contacts. It has a standard design and is not isolated. Solid Links are produced according to the sizes of NH fuses. It is made of silver-plated copper to prevent power loss. NH00 (In: 6 – 160 A), NH1 (In: 40 – 250 A), NH2 (In: 63 – 400 A), NH3 (In: 125 – 630 A).
